Setting up a business is hard !! there are so many things to take into consideration and it can quickly become overwhelming. It had been my goal for several years to make the transition from regular paid employment to having my own coaching and training practice.

Once I began the transition it became evident that much of my time was spent setting up administrative procedures, spread sheets, forms etc ... all of which we often take for granted when we are employed by others.

As a coach my passion is people and I was keen to get out and start coaching and of course earning money !! I needed to find a balance. Lucky for me my sister was already running her own payroll and admin company.

She was able to design an invoicing procedure, spread sheets to track my income and outgoings, offer advice when setting up payment schemes such as WorldPay and much much more.

I was so impressed I joined the company !! so as well as my coaching and training business I now support Kate and her clients. Using my skills as a Business Coach to help new clients to identify exactly what they need from the service and provide them with clear and resourceful solutions.
